Newly hired employees must wait 90 days before they are eligible to join the program.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #282c18; font-size: small;\"><b><b><b>Is participation mandatory?<br \/>\n<\/b>Yes. All eligible members of a participating franchise must enroll.<\/b><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #282c18; font-size: small;\"><b><b><b>Are all benefits mandatory?<br \/>\n<\/b>Yes.
