As an additional feature, the program includes the OnClaim Support Service. Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA) Provides a monthly cost of living adjustment after the insured has been disabled and receiving monthly payments for a defined period of time. The cost of living adjustment will be added to the monthly payment each month. Return to Work Program Development As part of RBC Insurance’s Return to Work program development, we provide a return-to-work prescription for the employer that is available online at no additional charge. Web-based www.WorkRx.com and user friendly, this service is a premier resource to enable the employer to develop their own return to work program, or improve an existing one.We also offer, for an additional fee, custom Return to Work program development services.
